We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovativeGIS Analystto join our Enablement Team supporting theBranch Location Managementproduct. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions for branch network optimization including new site selection relocations and closures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial analysis and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
In this role you will:
Geospatial Analysis & Modeling:
Calculatepopulation reachdemographic coverage andmarket potentialfor existing and prospective branch locations.
Generatedrive-time and walk-time mapsusing network analysis to assess accessibility and service areas.
Supportretail node creation and maintenance ensuring accurate and up-to-date spatial hierarchies.
Business Case Support:
Mass-producecustomized maps and spatial reportsfor de novo relocation and closure business case packages.
Collaborate with strategy real estate and finance teams to integrate GIS insights into broader decision-making frameworks.
Data Management & Automation:
Maintain and update geospatial datasets including branch locations competitor footprints and demographic layers.
Develop and optimizeautomated workflowsfor recurring spatial analysis tasks and map production.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Translate complex spatial data into clear compelling visualizations and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Provide ad hoc spatial analysis and mapping support to cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a GIS Analyst or similar role preferably inretailbanking orlocation strategy.
Strong understanding ofdemographic datamarket segmentation andspatial statistics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear actionable format.
Knowledge ofretail site selectionprinciples andlocation intelligencebest practices.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
