Job Description
Your mission
- Develop implement and maintain the compliance program for theEastern-EUplant aligned with EU laws local regulations and company policies
- Monitor plant operations to ensure full compliance with legal environmental safety and corporate governance requirements
- Identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with legal quality safety and operations teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
- Serve as the main contact point for regulatory authorities and manage audits inspections and reporting
- Conduct regular training and communication to promote a culture of compliance and integrity
- Track and interpret changes in legislation affecting operations and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures
- Investigate any compliance issues or breaches and drive resolution
Your profile
- Bachelors degree or above in Law Compliance Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a compliance legal or regulatory affairs role preferably in a manufacturing or industrialenvironment
- In-depth knowledge of EU regulations as well as Hungarian labor environmental and operational laws
- Experience working in an international or cross-cultural business setting
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency inMandarinis highly preferred
- Must have legal working rights in EU
