- Outstanding customer service greeting and following up with every client
- Build a treatment plan and explain the treatment to each client before beginning service
- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as prescribing their next treatment and pull products for clients to purchase
- Uphold the highest cleaning sanitation and illness prevention standards
- Relaxation Massage and body wraps
- Face and body waxing for all genders
- Face and body laser hair removal for all genders
- Willingness to learn understand and promote all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Attend offsite promotional events to promote the spa and services
- Our Estheticians also learn the front desk duties to get to know our clients and our menu
- Laundry and cleaning when not in service
- Career minded and ready to grow
- Canadian Esthetic diploma is REQUIRED diploma program must include massage training
- Dermalogica Certification (also known as Dermalogica D.N.A courses)
- Waxing and Brazilian training and experience
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Prefer candidates living in Guelph or surrounding area
