A progressive partner hospital inCave Creek AZ is actively seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who loves fast-paced high-impact workwithout the stress of traditional ER or general wellness services. Position Highlights
Urgent Care Only no wellness visits or routine vaccinations
No abdominal surgeries required

Flexible scheduling options including swing/second shifts

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage urgent medical conditions (e.g. vomiting/diarrhea wounds lameness minor infections)
Administer medications fluids and perform diagnostics
Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
Document cases using a cloud-based EMR system
Collaborate with veterinarians techs and support staff for seamless patient care
Mentor support staff and help them grow via the LevelUp training program
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE program)
Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona
13 years experience in urgent care or small animal general practice preferred
Strong clinical skills and confidence in decision-making
Positive attitude excellent communicator and team player
