Key Accountabilities
Utilizes scheduling software to effectively schedule team members through complex scenarios to avoid scheduling conflicts or delay in service.
Provides an accurate depiction of system census and staffing to proactively problem solve and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborates with multiple departments/functional areas simultaneously to effectively and efficiently place team members while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
Utilizes problem solving skills to proactively troubleshoot and minimize defects and rework.
Understands and supports the change management process on the organizational and departmental levels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely manner.
Demonstrates substantial attention to detail and accuracy.
Possesses strong communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
Values teamwork and is approachable collaborative responsive and enthusiastic.
Communicates changes efficiently and effectively to appropriate leader or group.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years of age
Experience in a related field
Strong technical skills
Ability to navigate and utilize complex phone systems
Ability to learn and adopt software quickly
Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word Excel Access)
Familiarity with staff scheduling and staffing operations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates diplomacy and tact when working in stressful situations with all levels of staff
Physical Demands
Ability to move freely (standing stopping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
Job classification is not exposed to bloodborne pathogens (Blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
Work Environment
Use of computers throughout work day
Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands wrist and fingers
