The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) plays a vital role in fostering stable thriving communities at Saint Judes Landing Permanent Supportive Housing Casa Kino and Santa Martha Plaza farmworker housing sites. The RSC plans develops partnerships coordinates facilitates and delivers on-site services including Early Learning Play groups afterschool and summer enrichment programming coordinating -ESL classes financial literacy workshops health wellness and nutrition events and education and seasonal community events.
The RSC provides informal case management crisis response and referrals to support residents experiencing housing instability behavioral health challenges or substance use issues while also developing and implementing programs that promote safety stabilization and community engagement; these duties are site- and program-based tailored to individual and community needs and may include conducting needs assessments and connecting residents to local service providers.
In collaboration with property and asset management the Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) promotes housing stability through eviction prevention strategies tenant education and budgeting support. This role fosters resident leadership and inclusion by implementing community-building initiatives that enhance long-term housing success and overall well-being. This position reports to the Resident Services Associate Director and works closely with Catholic Charities Programs in Wenatchee CCHS staff on-site community managers residents and community partners to carry out these responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Functions:
Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of services and education programs to residents at CCHS housing sites
Connecting residents to existing local community services and self-improvement opportunities
Documentation and record keeping of onsite resident activities to be used in report and measurement of program outcomes and to the effectiveness of agency programs.

Physical Requirements:
This position normally requires the physical demands of standing walking bending lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirement. The physical demands require sufficient mobility to work in a resident services and affordable housing site setting that may require extended periods of time sitting performing repetitive motion with hands and wrists.

Employment is conditional upon:
Wage Range:$23.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
