General Summary of Duties
Plans organizes coordinates and ensures delivery of services at the office and supervises office employees. Assists in the daily operation of the branch to maintain efficient and convenient member service that encourages growth and satisfies the needs of the membership. Provides encouragement training and development of staff supporting the overall goals and direction of the credit union.
