We are looking for a dedicated Documentation Analyst to be involved in the production of large custom-designed control valves at our facility in Marshalltown Iowa. In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review and approval of internal and supplier generated documents.
- Generating and compiling final documentation packages.
- Responsible for effectively handling workloads to meet scheduling goals.
- Engage in effective communication with both internal collaborators and vendors.
- Stay up to date and maintain compliance with code requirements.
- Identify root cause of document issues and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
Who You Are:
You balance planning with actions. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional precision in diligent tasks coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Enhanced skills for interpersonal strategy and decisive decision-making.
- Solid digital literacy including MS Office Suite (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
- Must be local to Marshalltown IA or surrounding area. No relocation assistance will be provided for this onsite position.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor Degree with previous manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in various aspects of manufacturing such as production logistics or quality control to better understand and address challenges.
- A dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry standard processes.
- Strong dedication to adhering to all safety regulations guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
