Account Development Coordinator
The Account Development Coordinator will play a key role in driving company growth by cold calling curated prospect lists prequalifying leads and supporting the Strategic Solutions team with targeted sales strategies in the interpretation and translation sector.
Status: Full-time
Location: On-site in Houston TX
Responsibilities:
Cold call curated lists developed by the Strategic Solutions team to identify potential sales opportunities.
Prequalify the interest of leads and secure meetings with the Strategic Solutions team.
Maintain and update sales lead data in Salesforce ensuring visibility on activities and progress.
Use cold calls emails and social media to engage prospects and raise brand awareness.
Work closely with the Strategic Solutions team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Assist with name development/list building cold emailing campaign design and email sequence launch.
Requirements
Highly motivated ambitious and goal-oriented with a desire to advance a career in Sales.
Passionate about languages interpreting language access government contracts and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
Flexible coachable and resilient to change with the ability to approach companies on a global market.
Experience with cold calling and outreach to bring in new clients is highly valued.
Natural communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Well-organized and able to stay focused on goals even when managing multiple tasks.
Experience in B2G sales is highly valued.
Familiarity or experience in the translation and localization industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and another spoken language preferred.
Salesforce and HubSpot experience preferred.
