About the role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture with a strong proficiency in Apex coding configuration and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.
What you will be doing
- Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning components and other Salesforce technologies
- Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and third-party tools
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements including custom objects workflows process builders and validation rules
- Data Management: Oversee data migrations data cleansing and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines
Who you are and What you bring
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex Visualforce Lightning components and Salesforce configuration
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Agent Force certification is a plus
- Integration Techniques: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs middleware and other integration techniques
- Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of various architecture patterns and best practices in Salesforce
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce
