The successful candidate will work closely with teachers the inclusive education coordinator academic advisor and students to promote a safe inclusive and empowering learning environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student well-being academic success and contribute to school-wide initiatives that nurture resilience belonging and spiritual growth.
The successful applicant should: hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field; hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate (preferred); be knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices and inclusive education strategies; have experience supporting students with mental health needs; be flexible innovative and responsive in meeting student needs; demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team; support the Catholic character of the school.
