Capco is looking for talented innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
About the Role
This role is for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Data as a Service (DaaS) team in delivering data solutions for the AML Compliance function.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure across domains such as cloud security IAM threat detection and data protection.
- Manage project scope schedule resources and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across cyber IT risk compliance and business units.
- Ensure alignment to cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001 PCI-DSS).
- Track milestones manage risks and issues and escalate as needed.
- Develop and maintain project plans RAID logs and status reports.
- Present updates and outcomes to project sponsors and governance forums.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal control audit and documentation standards.
- Work with security engineers and architects to validate technical solutions.
- Support vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
- Partner with GRC and internal audit teams during assessments and reviews.
- Facilitate business case development and support project prioritization.
- Coordinate third-party vendors or consulting partners involved in delivery.
- Apply Agile hybrid or waterfall methods depending on project type.
- Support organizational change through stakeholder communication and training.
- Help drive adoption of cybersecurity tools and processes across the organization.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Advocate for secure design and risk-based decision making.
- Ensure security initiatives align with enterprise risk appetite and strategy.
- Promote awareness of cybersecurity goals and outcomes across teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implantation processes
- Actively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasks
- Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements manage expectations provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended team
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery
- Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboarding
- Maintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team
- Obtain final sign-off and ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completion
- Prepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations team

- 10 years of project management and implementation management
- Demonstrated experience leading large complex application development projects
- Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
- Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
- Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
- Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations influence direction and manage expectations
- Excellent people skills
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically enabling cross-business teams
- Ability work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company process
- Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction product development and technology
- Excellent oral listening and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Banking experience required
