The APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for developing leading and executing the Global Marketing strategy across the APAC region. The Manager will also manage and mentor regional marketing leads and oversee and mange overall APAC marketing budget
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategy Development
- Define and drive regional marketing vision aligned with global objectives.
- Define the go-to-market strategy for product launches expansions and growth initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
- Identify target audiences positioning and messaging that align with business goals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product teams to understand features benefits and differentiators.
- Align with sales teams to ensure they have the right materials training and messaging.
- Partner with global marketing teams to develop campaigns content and demand generation strategies.
3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Analyze competitor strategies and adjust GTM approaches accordingly.
4. Sales Enablement & Training
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks pitch decks and training materials to equip sales teams.
- Organize workshops or training sessions for sales and customer-facing teams.
5. Product Launch & Execution
- Plan and oversee product launch timelines key milestones and execution plans.
- Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure a smooth rollout.
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Tracing of GTM effectiveness
- Analyze sales marketing and customer feedback data to optimize strategies.
7. Customer & Partner Engagement
- Work with customer success teams to gather feedback and improve adoption.
- Engage with partners or resellers to extend market reach.
8. Budget & Resource Management
- Allocate budgets for marketing campaigns sales initiatives and product promotions.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
9. Team leadership
- Provide guidance and support to regional Leads
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on B2B partner enablement and Go To Market strategy.
- Proven expertise in working with Salesforce and data analytics tools to drive marketing insights and results.
- Experience working with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
- Proven experience in managing teams across multiple regions.
- Track record of successful regional marketing strategy implementation.
