ARIZONA OFFICE OF TOURISM
The Arizona Office of Tourism (AOT) leads the states tourism industry with the development of global marketing programs to promote Arizona as a travel destination. With multiple research-based initiatives including advertising campaigns cooperative marketing programs trade and media relations and community outreach AOT sets into motion a positive and profitable cycle of visitation spending job growth and tax revenue.

This position produces engaging content across digital platforms. This role involves developing high-quality visuals and videos to enhance brand presence drive engagement and connect with our audience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital trends storytelling and content optimization for various platforms.
This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (2 days per week in the office/hoteling).
Create compelling multimedia content (including but not limited to videos and stills) for social media websites and other digital channels
Edit and optimize content for various platforms (including but not limited to Instagram TikTok YouTube LinkedIn
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy and goals
Monitor trends audience engagement and analytics to refine content strategies
Knowledge:
2 years of experience in content creation social media or digital marketing
Experience evaluating social media analytics and SEO best practices
Skills:
Proficiency in videography and photography skills with professional camera systems such as DSLR & cinema cameras
Content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro etc.)
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills
Ability:
Multitask meet deadlines and adapt to evolving trends
Optimize content for various digital platforms
Understand digital trends
