We are searching for a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing organization. The Infrastructure Engineer will help design implement and manage our cloud infrastructure Entra ID InTune and M365 environments. They will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are always functioning efficiently our IT infrastructure is up to date & secure and that systems are running smoothly 24/7.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain computer networks servers and storage systems
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and identify potential issues
- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect data and systems
- Conduct research and adopt new technologies to enhance the infrastructure
- Automate manual processes using scripts and other tools
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and provide end-user support
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
- Perform regular access reviews on group policy Entra ID and Intune
- Work with users to setup and maintain Entra ID connections for applications and SSO ensuring role-based access control is fully in place
- Implement and manage multi factor authentication solutions and ensure least privilege security model
- Configure and maintain InTune conditional access policies and Mobile Device Management
- Monitors and maintain networks connections and liaisons with managed service provider to ensure compliance and operational efficiency and security
- Coordinates and facilities testing of changes to environment
- Collaborates on disaster recovery planning and troubleshooting of issues related to connectivity and operational network
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree required in Computer Science Information Technology or similar
- 4-6 years experience in a network administrator or system administrator role
- Experience configuring and maintaining EntraID InTune M365 and MS Autopilot strongly preferred
- Familiarity with networking concepts (i.e. VLAN ACL DNS etc.) and best practices tied to these items
- Strong foundation in information technology
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Willing to stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Strong work ethic
- Stable under pressure or stress
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the companys financial growth and profitability
