Monitors finish details MEP and shell coordination to ensure work is executed with a high level of craftsmanship maximizing space for product capacity and providing an excellent experience for end users. Provides mentorship for the construction team and fosters a positive team environment through a culture of accountability and shared fate.

Key job responsibilities - Responsible for ensuring overall project quality expectations are achieved throughout Design Development Coordination FF&E Construction and Commissioning - Expert ability to organize and monitor concurrent projects ensuring execution with a high level of quality service and communication and in accordance with deadlines - Looks around corners to identify risks and proactively solve to mitigate project impact. - Effectively influence and communicate with internal and external business partners. Problem solves creatively and successfully negotiate tradeoffs among stakeholders as required to meet project goals. - Participate in the design development process to ensure documents meet constructability and cost requirements influencing cross-functional collaboration to improve speed to market and simplify means and methods - Ensures responsibility of scope is clear and informs field coordination to improve speed to market and cost controls - Provides contractor accountability improved cost performance and management of schedule- including lead times for permitting OFI equipment and jurisdictional inspection protocol. Ensures equipment delivery schedules are well coordinated with GC critical path - Provide business decision support and participate/lead special projects and initiatives - Evaluate site feasibility and field progress considering customer delivery access food safety pest controls and general program / operational requirements - Delivers projects on time and on budget - Effectively manages and reports on project schedules capital expenditure budgets and operational expenses ensuring timely follow through and accuracy - Establish effective relationships along with an understanding of municipalities permit process and schedules - Manage change order negotiations and contract compliance - Ensure contractor compliance safety/OSHA requirements are met on all sites to minimize risk - Responsible for ensuring overall project quality expectations are achieved throughout Design - Development Coordination FF&E Construction and Commissioning - Responsible for ensuring the overall project Health by managing Cost Schedule Quality and Customer Service - Required to travel to job sites up to 50% of the time depending on current project load
A day in the life Daily interaction with your key Team Members from Design Equipment Procurement and Construction. Manage the external stakeholders throughout the projects life cycle. Travel to the job sites on as needed basis to check on the progress of the projects and conduct basic field inspections.
