Program:Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS)
Program Description:Intensive Medical Specialty Site
Pay Range:$32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (plus shift differentials when applicable)
Schedule:40 Hours
FLSA:Non-Exempt
SEPTEMBER INCENTIVE: $10000 SIGN-ON BONUS OR WELL PAY YOUR RENT/MORTGAGE FOR 3 MONTHS!

What Youll Do:
As a Part Time Nurseyoull become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs developmental disabilities acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.
- Medical & Medication Oversight- Manage medical care and medications for persons served including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).
- Crisis Intervention- Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
- Staff Training- Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
- Recovery & Goals- Support persons served and staff in setting and reaching meaningful recovery goals.
- Compliance- Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws including paperwork and inspections.
What You Bring:
- Required: Active LPN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Preferred: Active RN license in MA drivers license and reliable car.
- Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
- Skills: Clear communication basic computer use and teamwork.
- Bonus: Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
