Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Gundersen Health System is seeking a 1.0 FTE Behavioral Health Coordinator for our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program is a structured outpatient mental health treatment designed for adolescents who need more intensive care than traditional outpatient therapy can provide but do not require full-time inpatient hospitalization.
What you will work:
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) working primarily day shifts Monday Friday
Location: Onalaska
What you will do:
The Adolescent PHP Coordinator functions as an essential part of the treatment team; ensuring proper paperwork is completed connecting with community services and schools arranging schedules and facilitate staffings.
This individual will have strong communication skills be task driven enjoy working with adolescents and have an appreciation for a team approach.
Flexibility and reliability are needed as this program is in its beginning stage.
