- Assist Owner in Day-to-Day administrative activities.
- Support in Estimate preparation in Xactimate (training will be provided is needed)
- Support in billing in Quick Books
- Following up on Open Accounts Receivable.
- Assist in weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Previous experience supporting mulit-tasking and supporting leadership.
- Experience in Restoration is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Xactimate tool is a huge plus
- Experience in Account Receivables and collections is desired.
- Flexible thinker and Team Player
