About the Role:
- Travel to scheduled appointments set by our office (no cold leads)
- Conduct basic plumbing inspections using our digital checklist.
- Communicate findings and present service options.
- Build rapport answer questions and guide customers to the right solutions.
- Work closely with our installation team for seamless service.
- Base pay uncapped commissions (top performers earn $100K)
- Paid hands-on trainingno experience needed
- Company vehicle gas card iPad and branded uniforms provided
- All leads and appointments pre-scheduled for you.
- Daily support from sales managers and service team
