The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and security-minded DevSecOps Engineer to help secure and scale our cloud-based infrastructure and applications in a highly regulated FinTech environment. Youll play a critical role in embedding security into our CI/CD pipelines cloud environments and development processes to ensure we meet both technical and compliance requirements such as CIS SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
As part of a fast-paced innovation-driven team youll work cross-functionally with DevOps engineering and compliance teams to build secure compliant and reliable financial platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and harden cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/ Azure) ensuring least-privilege access and data encryption at rest/in transit.
Deploy and maintain tools for vulnerability management infrastructure as code (IaC) and container security.
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines integrating tools for container security dependency scanning and secrets detection.
Automate security controls monitoring and alerting across infrastructure and application layers.
Ensure compliance with security standards such as CIS SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Respond to and investigate security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Champion a DevSecOps mindsetenabling teams to build security into every phase of the SDLC.
Support audit and compliance efforts by providing required technical evidence and reports.
Requirements
3 years of experience in DevSecOps Cloud Security or related engineering roles in FinTech or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS preferred) and infrastructure hardening.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Argo CD GitHub Actions GitLab CI) and DevOps automation.
Proficiency with scripting languages (Python Bash or similar) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
Hands-on knowledge of security tooling such as CSPM and Container security
