Within this mission the Maritime Communications team plays a key role by enhancing DNVs reputation as a thought leader and driving growth through impactful communication and marketing efforts. Our global team of 30 experts across 8 countries is responsible for strategy and leadership communication marketing branding digital communications media relations & PR social media and employee communications.

Within this structure the Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement team manages all digital communication channels for DNV Maritime. We drive planning alignment implementation and execution of digital campaigns with a strong focus on valuable lead generation. Our work is tightly integrated with the global sales and business development unit ensuring an optimized end-to-end omni-channel marketing and sales approach.

We are looking for an ambitious creative and digital savvy student assistant to join our team and contribute to the execution of global marketing initiatives. The position will be based in Hamburg Germany and will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of our digital marketing strategy to meet business goals

  • Assist in coordination and rollout of external cross-channel campaigns

  • Independently take ownership over smaller marketing campaigns and concepts

  • Support content production and day-to-day digital marketing operations

  • Contribute to team activities with a hands-on attitude and out-of-the-box ideas

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University enrollment until at least summer 2026 ideally in communications journalism marketing public relations organizational psychology or business administration
  • Strong written and spoken English for effective collaboration with an international team
  • Passion for digital marketing marketing technology content creation and customer experience
  • A proactive collaborative mindset with ability to work across cultures and with various stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow
