What youll do:
- Develop and implement safety management plans aligned with client requirements ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
- Facilitate High Risk workshops and provide onsite guidance to assess and manage safety issues.
- Conduct daily site inspections report findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Manage incident reporting investigations injury management and Return to Work plans.
- Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor safety documentation and maintain updated records in Hammertech.
Who you are:
- 5 years of construction site-based experience in safety roles with a passion for creating safe workplaces.
- Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Well-developed time management organisational skills and experience with Hammertech.
