Job Description
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations in both the restaurant and banquet spaces. You support the front-of-house team by leading service coordinating staff and stepping in wherever needed to maintain exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example stays organized under pressure and brings energy and professionalism to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Blume restaurant bar and banquet service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures side work and shift assignments
- Lead and support servers and bartenders during peak service periods
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and resolving any issues quickly and professionally
- Prepare bar drinks and assist with service when needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Monitor cleanliness safety and organization in all F&B areas
- Maintain proper inventory levels for service supplies bar stock and banquet setups
- Train new front-of-house team members and help uphold Hilton brand service standards
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown when scheduled
- Communicate daily updates shift changes and guest feedback to the F&B leadership team
Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage or restaurant supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards
- Must be 18 years or older and certified to serve alcohol (TIPS or equivalent preferred)
- Comfortable preparing basic cocktails and managing bar inventory
- Able to lead a team calmly during busy service periods
- Dependable detail-oriented and committed to high service standards
- Able to stand walk bend and lift throughout the shift
- Available for a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
