Responsibilities:
- Implement and support continuous improvement of processes throughout operation.
- Develop new production processes for first article production.
- Support production teams with education on best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing quality concerns and work with production and management to implement solutions.
- Lead or participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and general issues.
- Perform any and all other job-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 Years hands-on foundry experience.
- Systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality execution and follow through.
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communications with all levels of operations.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Must be computer proficient including word processing spreadsheets basic file structure understanding networks and web navigation.
- Casting simulation AutoCAD and Solidworks experience a plus.
- Management facilities or capital project experience a plus.
- Technical degree preferred.
