Job Description
Position Overview
The Sr. Retail Technology Analyst (SRTA) provides training and support services for the Retail Technology suite of products. The SRTA is responsible for service and support of all Retail Technology software and hardware including installations upgrades and troubleshooting. This position must be able to support multiple Retail Technology teams and provide project and team leadership. The SRTA works with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate The C&S Way and the Companys Values execute the Companys Strategic Objectives and continually elevate the Customer Experience.Job Description
Description- Provide advanced technical and application support to our Retailers for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications point-of-sale sign/tag software networking etc.
- Provide Level 2 technical support to our Retailers when escalated from the Level 1 Retail Technology Help Desk team and escalate to Level 3 Management when required.
- Instruct guide and support technicians on the processes and procedures used within Retail Technology and oversee projects and teams in the field.
- Provide hardware service and support for Retailer equipment including servers computers network and point-of-sale.
- Provide Retailers with service that includes remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets.
- Provide intermediate-level application training to our Retailers for the Retail Technology suite of services.
- Assist Retailers with technology decision-making through counseling advice and recommendations on technology solutions and services.
- Travel Required:Yes
- Store : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
- Specialized Knowledge : Networking POS and Backoffice Pricing systems
- Special Skills : Supermarket operations including point-of-sale and back-office applications
- Physical abilities: : Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit and stand for long periods of time
- Other: : Occasional overnight travel driving air travel; able to build positive customer relations; good communication verbal and writing skills; complex problem-solving; team player
- 2-5 : years of related work experience
- 5-7 : years of supermarket and/or technology experience
