Responsible for setting up cafeteria line displaying and serving all hot and cold food and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. Responsible for cleanliness of food lines and assigned work area. Communicates all food problems and the need for additional supplies to restaurant management. Receives food supplies and materials from food storeroom and delivers the same to the cooks. Inspects all food item deliveries and informs restaurant management of any discrepancies. Stocks all supplies needed for shift ie dishes utensils salad bar ice bin and bread bin. Wipes and cleans side stations. Refills linen supply and picks up dirty linen for return to Stewarding. Maintains supply of coffee and all non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for the cleanliness of food lines and assigned work area including wiping floors and walkways. Removes all dirty dishes and replenishes with clean supply. Ability to stand for long periods of time up to eight hours. Must be mobile and able to travel throughout the hotel. Ability to lift large trays of food and push carts with supplies. |

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: |
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job. |
