A Day in the Life

Were seeking a proactive innovative Senior Web Specialist to support Medtronic Acute Care & Monitoring in enhancing our digital presence and driving user-centered experiences across our web platforms. In this role you will be responsible for the design build and optimization of web experiences that engage convert and build brand credibility. You will collaborate closely with digital marketing content creative and analytics teams to bring modern intuitive and high-performing web experiences to life.

As a Senior Web Specialist you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining Medtronics digital footprint. Your expertise will ensure our website infrastructure is optimized for external audiences. Youll collaborate across teams to drive visibility usability and optimization of our online presence while staying ahead of industry trends.

This position is based in Lafayette Colorado or Minneapolis MN (Mounds View).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop troubleshoot debug configure and maintain Acute Care & Monitoring website pages for external communication.

  • Ensure that the web pages are always accessible and functional by maintaining proper links.

  • Assess optimize and report on website usage.

  • Design web page layouts graphics color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive look and feel aligned with organizational communication strategies.

  • Revise and test website content including layout graphics color schemes and navigation to support brand optimization.

  • Implement SEO strategies to maximize content utilization and visibility.

  • Establish and manage relationships with search engines and third-party sites in accordance with policies and governance structures.

  • Measure performance of digital programs and develop insights into customer digital behaviors.

  • Research and evaluate new web-related technologies to enhance performance.

This role is primarily an individual contributor with professional responsibilities. Youll manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve results. While delivering results independently you may provide guidance and coaching to other team members.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Practical knowledge of project management.

  • Web development expertise involving component-based architecture.

  • Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Designing a website that is user-friendly.

  • Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Strong knowledge of WorkFront or similar project management tool

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics

  • Strong knowledge of SEMRUSH.

  • Strong knowledge of Adverity or similar reporting platforms.

  • Experience implementing SEO strategies and managing content visibility.

  • Experience executing and reporting on digital campaigns

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.

  • Experience working in a global organization and navigating cross-functional collaboration.

  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$90400.00 - $135600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
