Reliable assortment planning is crucial for HUGO BOSS as it directly impacts inventory management sales performance and customer satisfaction. By ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and place we can meet customer demands efficiently minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory. Effective assortment planning supports strategic decision-making aligns with market trends and enhances the overall shopping experience thereby reinforcing HUGO BOSSs reputation for excellence and innovation in the fashion industry.

What you can expect:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for assortment planning applications.
Lead the design development and implementation of innovative solutions that improve assortment planning processes.
Analyze current systems and processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders ensuring effective use of assortment planning applications.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve application functionality and performance.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users with the knowledge to maximize application benefits.

Your profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with good customising skills in the SAP SD and MM modules.
Proven experience as an IT Consultant with a focus on merchandise management and assortment planning applications is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Very good written and spoken English skills German skills are a plus.
