Job Description
As our infrastructure scales and our engineering team grows were looking for someone who bridges the gap between system reliability and developer experience . Youll be responsible for making sure our production runs smoothly and our engineers love working on it .
Tasks
What youll do
- Own and evolve our observability stack (Grafana Prometheus Sentry etc.)
- Ensure our systems are performant reliable and scalable (AWS Fargate Postgres BullMQ Supabase etc.)
- Continuously improve internal developer workflows (Monorepo setup CI/CD local dev testing)
- Evaluate and introduce new tools (e.g. AI-based dev tools) in a thoughtful and pragmatic way
- Work closely with engineering and product to proactively detect bottlenecks and drive improvements
Requirements
What were looking for
- Experience running and maintaining production systems at scale
- Strong background in observability reliability and incident response
- Passion for developer tooling and internal workflows
- Pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies and improving existing ones
- Nice to have: Experience with Supabase and AI-based dev tooling

Even though we have an international and remote product team this role is explicitly advertised as hybrid. You should live in or around Berlin and be able to come to our office regularly. We can be flexible about how often.
