Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Agile Texas Medicaid/CHIP SAFe)

Location: Hybrid (Local to Austin Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) processes as well as Texas Medicaid and CHIP systems.
  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with state healthcare program standards and requirements.
  • Support the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced Agile-driven environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in systems analysis.
