Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise job sites and ensure work is done to Gikas standards
Communicate effectively with crews (Spanish/English)
Perform minor repairs (flashing shingle replacement gutter issues)
Conduct site surveys before jobs begin
Handle customer service needs onsite - answer questions build trust
Complete job close-outs and cleanup inspections
Upload progress photos and checklist documentation
Coordinate with our production manager and field supervisor daily
Requirements:
3 years roofing experience (repair install or lead role)
Bilingual Spanish & English required
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and crews
Drivers license and reliable transportation
Own hand tools (preferred)
Organized reliable and professional
Compensation & Benefits:
$30 $35/hour depending on experience
Weekly pay full-time hours
Company vehicle may be provided
Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days
