Job Summary:
The Principal Salesforce Engineer is a senior-level role requiring technical expertise in designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural discussions mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Architect design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and deploy solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and SOQL.
- Lead design/coding sessions and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP and middleware tools.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

- Bachelors in Computer Science MIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform development (Apex Lightning Visualforce Triggers SOQL).
- Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Communities and AppExchange.
- Strong understanding of SDLC code reviews and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication leadership and mentoring skills.
