Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Linux DevOps Engineer with 9 to 13 years of experience specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline development. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability performance and security of cloud-based applications while working in a hybrid work model.
Required Skills:
- DevOps skills
- Linus/Unix Administration
- Middleware Technologies (Weblogic Tibco Websphere)
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- GCP Infrastructure
- CI/CD pipeline development
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure platforms
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Background in DevOps CI/CD or infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform Ansible).
- Ensure the availability latency performance and capacity of services.
- Automation: Develop workflows to manage infrastructure and applications through automation.
Middleware Technologies:
- Knowledge on RDQM is added advantage.
- Knowledge on Tibco administration and Tibco-EMS.
- Hands on experience on Tibco MFT.
- Hands on experience in certificate handling in both app and MQ servers.
- Knowledge on handling Apache Webserver/Tomcat.
- CI /CD pipeline
- Terraform skills
- Scripting Knowledge
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong expertise in GCP services (Compute Engine GKE Cloud Functions Cloud Storage etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell)
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Solid understanding of networking concepts DNS load balancing and firewalls
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Certificate Management
- SRE Skills
