We are looking for an Entry Level Realtor to join Ready Real Estate in Dallas. As a Realtor you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying selling and renting commercial real estate properties. This position is vital to our company as you will be responsible for facilitating successful real estate transactions building client relationships and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be involved in diverse projects ranging from property showings and market analysis to contract negotiations and property management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying selling and renting commercial real estate properties.
- Conduct property showings and provide information on available properties.
- Analyze market trends and prepare comparative market analysis reports.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements.
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
- Manage property listings and update information on real estate websites.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients investors and other real estate professionals.
- Stay updated on real estate laws regulations and market conditions.
Requirements:
