This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours/week Monday-Friday
Flexible between 6am-8pm
Client Timezone: EST
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service emails Facebook messages and Instagram messages
Manage and moderate comments on advertising posts (reply positively to comments remove negative/inappropriate ones)
Handle Shopify store administration including adding and removing products
Add reviews to products on the e-commerce platform
Perform inventory management and product uploads with descriptions
Create basic graphics and designs for the online store
Potentially translate store content for Spanish Japanese and Korean markets
General administrative tasks as they arise related to store operations
Experience managing Shopify-based online stores
Amazon marketplace experience preferred
Send a portfolio of sample flatforms managed
Customer service experience particularly with email and social media platforms
Basic graphic design capabilities for product listings and store branding
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Social media management experience (Facebook Instagram)
Multilingual capabilities preferred (Spanish Japanese Korean)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Direct reporting relationship with business owner
Month-to-month engagement with 3-month probation period
Primary focus on e-commerce operations with potential for additional business support tasks
Growth opportunity as the business expands into new markets and product lines
