This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours/week
Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (includes 1hr unpaid break)
Client Timezone: MST
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and target specific keyword phrases for multiple client websites
Perform on-page technical and off-page SEO optimization across a portfolio of 10-15 websites
Execute content strategy and optimization to improve organic search rankings
Build and manage backlink profiles including securing guest post opportunities (minimum one per month for smaller clients)
Conduct regular SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and technical issues
Implement keyword tracking and conversion tracking systems to measure performance
Monitor and analyze organic traffic growth and provide regular reporting
Develop and execute full-scale SEO campaigns for high-priority clients particularly in the education sector
Manage varying levels of SEO work from basic monthly maintenance to comprehensive optimization strategies
Proven experience in SEO with demonstrated results in organic traffic growth
Portfolio required
Strong knowledge of on-page technical and off-page SEO best practices
Experience with keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms
Understanding of content marketing and its relationship to SEO
Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement technical fixes
Experience with backlink building and guest posting strategies
Knowledge of conversion tracking and performance measurement
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity levels simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide clear reporting on SEO performance
Manage SEO for a portfolio of 10-15 websites with varying complexity and requirements
Handle both minimal maintenance SEO (basic on-page backlinks monthly guest posts) and full-scale comprehensive campaigns
Work with diverse industries including educational institutions (boarding schools) and various business sectors
Focus on organic growth strategies as alternatives to paid advertising approaches
Potential for part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) engagement depending on workload analysis
Direct collaboration with marketing agency team and integration into existing processes
