Our Client is a fast-growing fintech company transforming how businesses manage payments and financial operations. Their platform enables seamless domestic and cross-border B2B payments automated bank reconciliation procurement automation FX and treasury management helping businesses save time reduce risk and scale with confidence.
They are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead their efforts in acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the sales cycle: Identify qualify and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise companies
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
- Consultative selling: Understand client payment workflows pain points and decision-making processes to position our solutions effectively
- Lead demos and presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to specific business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing Product and Customer Success teams to align on strategy customer feedback and onboarding
- Report and forecast: Maintain accurate sales pipeline data forecast revenue and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Hit and exceed quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in B2B Sales within the financial services/fintech (payment) sector is required
- Ability to understand Klak s products target and engage the right type of leads/prospects
- A tertiary education qualification in any field
- Proven network of key contacts in Education Healthcare or Construction is required
- Experience selling to enterprise customers finance teams procurement managers or operations leaders is required
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers
- Proven track record in structuring pricing and negotiating large-scale partnerships
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
- Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be available for immediate hire or at most within 2 weeks
