Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven Leadership Development Trainee to join our expanding team in Cincinnati OH. This program is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential who want to accelerate their professional growth. As a trainee you will rotate through key departments to gain comprehensive business experience and develop the skills necessary to manage teams and lead future projects.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured departmental rotations including operations project management and client strategy
Collaborate with department heads to learn company processes and identify improvement areas
Assist with team leadership tasks including scheduling performance feedback and task delegation
Take part in strategic planning meetings and business development initiatives
Analyze operational data and create reports to support leadership decisions
Deliver presentations and lead team discussions during training milestones
Demonstrate growth in leadership capabilities throughout the program
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Management or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience (internships and academic leadership roles are welcome)
Strong interpersonal problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Proven initiative and a strong desire to lead and grow professionally
