Job Description
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals for our Leadership Development Trainee program. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to become future leaders within our organization. As a trainee you will participate in hands-on training across multiple departments to develop your leadership communication and operational management skills.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured training sessions across core business functions
Support department leaders in planning and execution of key initiatives
Analyze business operations to identify areas of improvement
Develop and present reports project updates and performance insights
Lead small project teams with guidance from mentors
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies
