We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Dallas-based team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department in implementing strategies that drive engagement and growth. This role involves both creative and administrative tasks providing a solid foundation for career advancement in the marketing field.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Coordinate promotional activities and events
Prepare and edit marketing materials including presentations and reports
Monitor and update content on the company website
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives
Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
Manage email campaigns and client communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
12 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms is a plus
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
