We are currently seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and seamless communication throughout every stage of their project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate client onboarding project updates and satisfaction follow-ups
Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights
Schedule and facilitate client meetings presentations and progress reports
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status
