Project Details: The Project Manager will support the in-house creative team by driving projects from intake through execution. This role will serve as the communication hub between creative internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ensuring deadlines are met expectations are aligned and deliverables are clear and organized. The Project Manager will maintain process efficiency and consistency while ensuring flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Intake & Production Kickoff
Intake and assess new creative requests for completeness and clarity
Flag missing information and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders
Develop timelines and production schedules aligned with the creative process
Ensure clear task handoffs between teams and timelines are communicated
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as the liaison between:
Internal project manager
Creative team
Stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Provide consistent project status updates and communicate risk blockers or shifts in scope
Escalate issues when needed and assist in determining mitigation strategies
Lead or support assigned project meetings including:
Agenda development
Meeting documentation and follow-ups
Status updates and decisions tracking
Process & Workflow Oversight
Monitor project progress and enforce adherence to established creative workflows
Review deliverables to ensure alignment with creative briefs
Identify scope creep and recommend course-corrective strategies
Support and uphold best practices in asset organization file naming and project documentation
Creative & Asset Management
Partner with the creative team to ensure projects are executed on brief and within scope
Support and maintain asset management systems to ensure files are properly archived and accessible
Coordinate feedback and approvals through tools like PageProof and
Facilitate cross-regional collaboration with U.K. and Canada-based creative resources
Team Support & Culture
Build strong working relationships with team members of varied personalities and roles
Conduct regular check-ins with creatives to remove blockers and maintain momentum
Ask thoughtful questions to clarify intent direction or objectives as needed
Stay informed of relevant creative and technology trends and apply where appropriate
Qualifications :
5 years Project Management Experience
Skilled in managing timelines scopes and schedules across multiple projects.
Strong Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
Able to clearly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders and keep everyone aligned.
Familiarity with Creative Workflows
Understanding of how creative projects are developed and delivered including asset reviews and approvals.
Proficiency with Project & Feedback Tools
Experience using platforms like PageProof or similar tools to manage projects and feedback loops.
Detail-Oriented Organizational Skills
Strong ability to manage assets track tasks and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
