Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design robotic systems with a strong emphasis on user experience form and function.
Balance mechanical performance with simplicity elegance and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that are intuitive to use service and maintain.
Explore and prototype different housing designs interfaces and modular architectures.
Integrate user feedback into design decisions to improve usability performance and clarity.
Own 3D CAD development prototyping and mechanical architecture of robotic systems.
Create parts and assemblies that are visually refined while surviving harsh environments (grain sand dust vibration).
Support low-volume production with clear documentation exploded views and assembly instructions.
Work closely with branding product and engineering teams to bring a unified product vision to life.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design mechanical design or robotics.
Proven track record of developing product designs from concept sketch to working prototype and into production.
A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product design as well as functional engineering.
Strong proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360).
Experience designing enclosures housings or mechanical systems with external visual requirements.
Experience designing for dusty rugged or harsh environments (IP-rated enclosures modular assemblies etc.).
Prototyping and iteration mindset quickly testing and refining form and function.
Strong collaboration skills across mechanical electrical software and other multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with international teams and in global markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks fostering both personal and company growth

The range of starting annual base pay for this role is PHP 80000 - 100000 per month.

Other Details:
This is primarily a remote position providing flexibility to work from home. However there may be times when you may be required to travel for work.
