What Youll Be Doing:
As an Assistant Manager youll be the right hand to the stores Captain (a.k.a. General Manager) keeping everything running smooth as melted mozzarella. Youll lead by example inspire your team and make sure every shift is served with a side of fun and efficiency.
Lead and support your team with confidence clarity and maybe even a dad joke or two.
Oversee daily operations like a profrom pizza-making perfection to top-tier customer service.
Enforce company policies (but in a cool respectful way).
Collaborate with your team to hit goals and keep costs in check.
Keep the energy up the quality high and the pepperoni flowing.
