Job Description
Job Title: Project Lead /Technical Supervisor
Location: Remote
Contract
The candidate should have 1 year of prior experience working on government projects or within a government environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination with ITSD

- SLA tracking and compliance
- Handle escalations and documentation reviews
Qualifications :

- PMP
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

- 12 years in IT service delivery 5 years leading identity and access management projects for public sector clients
