Job Description
Provide the test at office and online test
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring managers
Distribute candidates satisfaction surveys
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for recruitment records
Help organize and execute TA-related events (career fairs open house etc)
Participate in campus recruitment and alumni engagement initiatives
Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications :
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Eager to learn proactive and a team player
Interest in recruitment HR events and candidate experience
Confidentiality commitment;
Visibility to maintain a professional appearance and a positive company image to the public;
Good teamwork skills;
High level of verbal and written English skills;
