Job Description
Inside Sales Associate
Our client in New Bedford is currently seeking a motivated customer-focused Sales Associate to join their growing team. If you are someone who enjoys managing customer relationships and you have sales experience this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide product information pricing and availability.
Prepare and follow up on quotes bids and proposals.
Develop and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to drive repeat business while maintaining the CRM system
Identify new sales opportunities and assist in developing new accounts.
Stay up to date on product knowledge market trends and company offerings.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Associate or bachelors degree preferred
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in sales customer service or industrial supply required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP or CRM systems
Knowledge of technical product information related to metals fasteners or industrial supplies.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8am to 4:30pm
In office with travel to meetings as needed
Pay:
$20 - $23 per hour based on experience
