You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAssist in managing all food and beverage service operations ensuring smooth coordination
Support training and ongoing development of F&B team members.
Supervise guide and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene health and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage inventory levels wastage and stock control.
Help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Conduct regular team briefings and participate in departmental meetings.
Ensure service areas are clean well-organized and fully prepared before service periods.
Act as the duty manager when required and support events or special functions.
Maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B or hospitality.
Strong leadership organisational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations food hygiene and licensing laws.
Hands-on guest-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
