As our next Front Office Team Leader you
- Are the face of The Ibis London Canning Town extending a warm welcome to our guests putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Provide guidance and support to the team supervising hotel operations
- Develop sales skills to assist your team in delivering world-class results
- Helps the hotel meet its targets
- Are an autonomous and passionate individual confident in all aspects of guest relations receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and hotel management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
